How to use "Get SQL Statement" - DBUpdateTool - Excel

This is the menu of the process to get the SQL statement.

1. As you can see, the following data is entered in Excel.

2. From the "DBUpdateTool" menu on the Add-in tab, click the "Get SQL Statement" > "Get INSERT Statement" button.

3. The SQL statement has been saved to the clipboard.

4. Paste the data saved in the clipboard into a text editor and check it. As you can see, the SQL statements for every row have been issued.

5. Next, use the "Ctrl" key to select multiple cells in the first and third rows.

6. With the cell still selected, click the "Get SQL Statement"> "Get INSERT Statement" button from the "DBUpdateTool" menu on the Add-in tab.

7. The SQL statement has been saved to the clipboard.

8. Paste the data saved in the clipboard into a text editor and check it. As you can see, the SQL statement for the selected row has been issued.
